This Rosé wine is our first offering of this wonderful style of wine. The wine is dry with a beautiful, lighter than usual, soft pink tint. We make the wine using minimal skin contact to ensure the light color extraction. The wine is delicious and best served very chilled. Nice compliment to BBQ pork loin roast, leg of lamb, salmon, or shellfish dishes. A blend of Zinfandel and Pinot Noir.
