The Low Vineyard Chardonnay reveals beautiful aromatics of white peaches, nectarines, apricots and quince. Layers of hazelnuts, white flowers, crushed rock and brioche waft from the glass. The full malolactic fermentation lends the wine richness and generous body to compliment the mineral driven core and vibrant acidity. The wine was fermented and barrel aged in 100% French oak that shows through on the nose with hints of spice and toasty wood. This elegant Chardonnay exhibits admirable purity and a lasting finish.
