An exceptional white wine characterized by light yellow color and aromas dominated by yellow fruits and lemon flowers. The wine is bone-dry, with distinctive character, considerable structure, and minerality and crisp acidity. Plump and delicious, fruity, clean and unadorned. It is pleasant to drink young and could be enjoyed with seafood, or even light meats in lemon sauce. White soft cheeses and pasta with pesto. Fish and shellfish dishes also a good pairings for this white.
