Gently pressed and fermented cold in stainless steel, the wine was allowed to age sur lies. These techniques preserved the delicate characters of the wine while adding a creamy texture on top of the crisp acidity. Flavors of juicy pear and honeydew melon are accompanied by light floral and herbal notes. A great accompaniment to grilled vegetables, poached sea bass, and spaghetti carbonara.
