Delicate aromas of fruit and white flowers, with nuances of toasted bread and dried fruit. An elegant and fresh wine with a good support of acidity. A fine bouquet with hints of apple and citrus fruit carry through to the palate and there is balanced but mouth-tingling acidity which enhances the lingering finish. Made using the "Method Charmat", it is a delicate beautiful and very festive Blanc de Blanc from the Merignac region in France. 100% Chardonnay.
