From a selection of Grasparossa grapes from the Chiarli estates. This semi-sweet wine undergoes a slow ‘Charmat Method” fermentation, stopped when sugar levels are still high. As a result, this wine has unique characteristics which include the flavor of fresh grapes. Greatly fruity and smooth, with fragrances of berries.
