Serena is a versatile wine with aromas of rose and an accent of rhubarb-strawberry pie. On the palate, the wine has raspberry and cherry flavors with a rich mid-palate and lingering, complex finish. Lightly "frizzante", Serena has the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. A sparkling blend of Moscato, Brachetto and Freisa.

Meet Valter Barbero - Winemaker
CASCINA PIAN D'OR created to cultivate, produce and promote the Moscato d'Asti. Since the first 900 years of the Barbero family has worked the vineyards in the area of Mango, following the canons of tradition. In the early 90's Walter decides to make a change to the company and its intent is clear and noble: to transform the grapes into wine Moscato d'Asti to enhance the product. Is thus given a very clear philosophy of work: in the glass to appreciate the freshness and sweetness of a single fruit, the grapes of Muscat. A challenge that carries forward Valter with the tenacity of ancient tradition linked to the work in the vineyard, which finds its highest expression in the cellar, during processing of the product: the cold and microfiltration remain unaltered aromas of the wine that keeps the freshness of just picked a bunch.
