This "apassimento-style" or Amarone-style red blend has aromas of morello cherry, small woodland berries, candied red fruits with spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. Delicious soft and warm flavors, with a distinct velvety feeling that envelops the whole mouth. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Cabernet Sauvignon were dried for 20 days and then vinified and aged for 10 months in French oak.
