Description

This Sauvignon Blanc has all of the raciness one expects from a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, the spiritual home of this grape. Bright freshness and minerality paired with aromas of lemon, fresh pair, and juicy white fruits.�The ultimate food wine, this wine pairs well with a number of dishes, including sh and chicken, particularly in a cream sauce. Also a good option for salads with vinaigrette, asparagus and artichokes, foods that are usually dif cult to pair wine with. Goat cheese is a classic pairing, but the wine can also be enjoyed on its own.
