Nose of red fruits, cherry and licorice. This red is fruit-forward wine shows well- balanced structure with soft tannins. Long and generous mouth with notes of ripe black fruits. Mostly Malbec with a touch of Merlot. Oltesse is a powerful and deep Cahors wine which can be served on any occasion, such as in accompaniment of roasted meats, cheeses or other Southwest gastronomic specialties. We recommend also pizza, burgers, pork ribs, chili con carne or lamb tajine.
