Pouring a deep, dark black, Xingu Black has aromatic notes of sweet fruits, peach and plums warming to darker fruit notes with a charred undertone. The taste is that of peach, apricot and roasted malts.�Steak, burger, Barbecue or roasted meats, poultry, chicken, pork, and chocolate along with any kind of fruit tart made with raspberries, cherries or strawberries.
