Flavor of red-berry fruits with a coffee hint. Concentrated palate and soft tannins with a lingering finish. This red uses dried Corvina and Cabernet Sauvignon followed by a fermentation in stainless steel for about 10 days. Partial Amarone-Style red from the Veneto.
