Red fruit and cherry aromas followed by flavors that are semi-dry, soft, caressing, fresh, savoury and fairly tannic with a spicy aftertaste. Sweet and soft wine, fresh and full-flavoured, made with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes. Produced "Ripasso" or refermentation of young Valpolicella juice produced in October on Amarone skins then aged 12 months in 500 litre casks.
