This Chardonnay Leyda Estate is a great exponent of the granitic soils and moderate weather of this coastal valley. The lack of malolactic fermentation and the 6 months spent with its lees in French oak barrels develop a perfect balance between fruity aromas and minerality in the mouth. The wine features tropical notes of custard apple and papaya, combined with touches of hazelnuts. Ideal to pair with pasta with creamy sauces and fishes such as seabass or salmon.
