This Cabernet Sauvignon is made primarily from the old vines of our Miraflores Estate. The blend spends 8 months in French oak barrels and is bottled one year later. Enriched by aromas of red fruits, blackcurrants and subtle notes of cedar, this wine showcases the classic structure of this variety with firm, ripe tannins. An ideal pairing for red meat or pasta like pappardelle alla bolognese.
