Santa Carolina Cabernet Sauvignon "Reserva di Familia" Maipo Valley

Reserva de Familia Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and elegant. This full-bodied wine features a deep red-ruby color, spicy and fruity aromas, and intense flavors of plum and jam. On the palate, the round, velvety tannins provide a smooth texture and well-integrated oak character. Its long and elegant finish is rich with cinnamon and pepper notes as the wine is already developing a pleasant bottle bouquet. The Maipo Region stretches eastwards from Santiago to the Andes and westwards to the coast to form three distinct sectors of the Maipo Valley: Alto Maipo, Central Maipo and Coastal Maipo. These wines come from Alto Maipo sector, on the piedmont of the Andes Range. Our vineyards are situated in the North bank of the river, in the last remaining agricultural lands of the Mariscal area.
